Generally we don't like rules, however, sometimes they are necessary to make everyone happy. Here you find our general terms of service.

Check-out until 11 am

Seasons
HIGH: 01. Oct - 15. Apr
LOW: 16.Apr - 30. Sep

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled or changed until up 30 days prior to arrival date, with a cancelation fee of 50 EUR. Any other cancellation/change will be charged the following:
29 - 15 days prior arrival 50% of total amount
14 - 2 days prior arrival 80% of total amount
2 - 0 days prior arrival 100% of total amount

In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Long Stay & Short Stay
During Peak Season (Dec-Feb) a 15% surcharge will be added for stays less than 7 nights. Stays longer than 30 days will get a discount.

Pets
We do love pets, however, we are not a pet friendly accommodation.

Kite & Surf Material
We all have a secret love relationship with our surf and kite-material, that's why we built a storage specifically designed to fit all your loved gear. Please do not store you gear in your room as it might cause damages on walls and furniture.
